Gap-Fit Documentation
Based on FRD we analyze which requirement are a part of the standard solution and which requirement would need customizations. Accordingly, we prepare Gap-Fit documentation with details on required customization and configuration.
Key User Training
The end users are trained by the team of experts at Dynamics Square on how to use the system post customizations and changes. We ensure that users are comfortable and well versed with the new system.
User Acceptance Testing
This testing is considered completed when end users give a go-ahead after learning and using the system. This is an indicator that the system has been developed and is performing as per the expectations set during preparation of FRD and Gap-fit documentation.
Go-live
On this day, Microsoft Business Central implementation goes live for the regular workforce of an organization. Based on the FRD and Gap-fit document, all customizations and requirements are met. All business information and processes are transferred over to and performed from the new system.
Post Go-live Support
